Indulge in the extraordinary flavor of our fresh, certified naturally grown, non-GMO gourmet garlic. Each bulb is meticulously hand-planted, weeded, and harvested just for you. We cure our garlic with the leaves intact in a climate-controlled facility to preserve its full flavor profile.
Our culinary garlic includes hardneck and softneck types such as Chesnok Red (Rich and Creamy Purple Stripe), Georgian Crystal (Smooth tasting Porcelain), Inchelium Red (Mild 1980s taste test award winning Artichoke), and Music (Hot raw, sweet roasted Porcelain). Properly stored, our garlic lasts 5 to 9 months. 10-15 bulbs per pound on average.

According to state regulations, farmers and gardeners in the following 21 quarantined counties may only purchase garlic bulbs locally for planting: Ada, Bingham, Blaine, Boise, Bonneville, Canyon, Cassia, Elmore, Gem, Gooding, Jefferson, Jerome, Lincoln, Madison, Minidoka, Owyhee, Payette, Power, Twin Falls, and Washington Counties in Idaho, as well as Malheur County, Oregon.
